Recipe for One Whole Chicken:

Ingredients:

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit or 204 degrees Celcius (I am using an online calculator to translate Farenheit to Celcius, so if the temperature seems wrong feel free to tweak to your liking.)
Cut your potatoes into eighths, and your onion into quarters, place these at the bottom of the dish that you'll be baking your chicken in.
Remove all the guts from your chicken, and rub it down will all of the previously mentioned spices. (My philosophy on spicing things is that you should apply enough that you feel like you'll sneeze)
Place the chicken in the dish, and pour in one of your beers. Bake for 20-30 minutes before pouring in your other beer.
Lower your temperature to 350 degrees Farenheit or 176 degrees Celcius and bake until internal temperature reaches at least 165 Farenheit or 73.9 Celcius. Be sure to baste about every 10 minutes.
